BNP Paribas Real Estate signs an alliance in Morocco
BNP Paribas Real Estate is strengthening its presence in Morocco and in Africa by signing an alliance with Yamed Capital, a company with a regional coverage based in Casablanca.
The Alliance contract signed between BNP Paribas Real Estate and Yamed Capital focuses on the business lines of transaction, valuation, property management, development and real-estate investment consulting, as well as asset management.
“This region of the world is historically close to France. BNP Paribas has a strong presence there, particularly through its subsidiary BMCI, which has around 3,000 employees in Morocco. The alliance between the strength of the brand and BNP Paribas Real Estate’s broad range of international services on the one hand, and the multidisciplinary skills represented by the quality and commitment of Yamed Capital on the other, should enable us, together, to acquire a real competitive advantage to generate value on the real-estate markets in this region,” says Bernard Blanco, Head of International Alliances at BNP Paribas Real Estate.
The signing of this new alliance illustrates BNP Paribas Real Estate’s desire to pursue its international development in order to support its clients’ growth. In addition to its 3,300 employees operating in 18 countries, the BNP Paribas Real Estate Alliances network, now representing 3,100 people in 22 additional countries, enables to support and serve its clients in a total of 40 countries.
