This is ensured in three ways:

  • Career development: once you have two year's seniority, we hold a career interview with you every three years, reviewing your performance and planning your future development.
  • Mobility serves the dual purpose of promoting your career and helping us retain your skills. Priority is given to in-house applicants. If you identify an expatriate opportunity or assignment that interests you, we shall work with you to integrate this opportunity into your career.
  • Training and overall skills development constitute key strategic levers that enable BNP Paribas Real Estate to tailor its development to its environment. By enhancing the ability of its employees to manage customer relations or in-house performance, training makes helps drive the company's growth. At BNP Paribas Real Estate, our objective is that 80% of employees attend at least one training course once a year

BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands  also guarantees its support for any employee on permanent contract wishing to apply to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) programme and in completing their professional qualification.
