Foreign investors have bought the Sony building in Badhoevedorp.

Foreign investors have bought the Sony building in Badhoevedorp. The building has a floor area of approx. 22,000
square meters which can be offered "Turn-key" to new users by the new owner and is situated directly next to the
highway A9, A4 and A5 in the direct vicinity of Schiphol.
The total premises consists of 2 buildings (high- and low building) and is largely rented to several companies of
which Sony is the biggest one. A part of the building, 12,000 square meters, is available for new tenants. This
space can be delivered "Turn-key". The buyer expects to fill in this vacancy on short term. The zoning was
determined to office and parking but recently it is also determined as hotel.
The purchase price is not public known.
The Buyer was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
