Spes Bona closes a long-term contract with Vakmedianet in Deventer

DEVENTER - Spes Bona has closed a long-term rental agreement with Vakmedianet for office building "Fleur de Lys" in the center of Deventer. Spes Bona is also the owner of the premises "Fleur de Lys" (Binnensingel 3), "Zeus" (Hanzeweg 1) and "Nieuwe Poort II" (Mr. H.F. de Boerlaan 32-40) in Deventer.

After an intensive and sustainable renovation for two sitting tenants with which Spes Bona has recently concluded with lease extensions,  the office space for Vakmedianet will also be given a complete makeover. The flexibility of the landlord, but also good access, parking and proximity to the ‘green heart’ of the city were decisive for Vakmedianet to choose office "Fleur de Lys". The total space accumulates to an approximate 550 m².

Spes Bona is a national player in real estate field and has a portfolio of 21 property assets in the Netherlands, including three office properties in Deventer, 14 office properties and one parking elsewhere in the Netherlands, the Gelredome in Arnhem and two land positions in the east of the country.

Under supervision by BNP Paribas Real Estate as instructed asset manager of the Spes Bona portfolio, the broker firms Thoma Bedrijfsmakelaars and THRP were engaged for establishing the lease in Deventer. Thoma Bedrijfsmakelaars has completed the transaction with Vakmedianet in collaboration with BNP Paribas Real Estate.
