Biography
Professional background
Rick Niemeijer began his career in 2007 when he joined AIG Global Real Estate in London as a Consultant Acquisitions, focusing on the acquisition, disposition, and asset management of real estate portfolios across Europe.
Rick Niemeijer joined BNP Paribas Real Estate in 2008 as a Consultant, later advancing to Senior Consultant, Director of Asset Management & Investments, and ultimately Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands in September 2022. In his current role, he leads the company’s strategic direction and operations, building on his extensive experience in portfolio management, transactions, and advisory services. Rick is also part of the Executive Committee of BNP Paribas Group in the Netherlands.
Education
Rick Niemeijer holds a Master’s degree in European Real Estate from Kingston University, where he wrote his thesis on cross-border investment markets during the 2008 real estate crisis. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate & Brokerage from Hanze University of Applied Sciences.
Personal life
Outside of his professional life, Rick is a dedicated family man and proud father of three daughters. He is passionate about sports enjoying skiing, triathlons, kickboxing and padel.

Michiel Santing
Biography
Professional background
Michiel started his career in real estate at DTZ Zadelhoff, gaining experience in commercial real estate. After internships at Holland Realty Partners and Dickson Projects (in South Africa), he joined Holland Realty Partners as a Consultant in 2011, focusing on asset management and advisory services.
In 2012, Michiel joined BNP Paribas Real Estate as a Consultant, progressing to Senior Consultant, Associate Director to Director international Investment Group Advisory 9 & Alliances. Since January 2023, he has served as Director and Head of Capital Markets Netherlands, leading high value transactions and advisory services.
Education
Michiel holds an MSc in European Real Estate from Kingston University and a BSc in Real Estate & Brokerage from Hanze University of Applied Sciences.
Personal life
Michiel is passionate about sports and enjoys an active lifestyle. He is also a proud father of two children.
Coming from a real estate family, I always knew that the industry was where I belonged. Joining BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands felt like the perfect step to work in an entrepreneurial environment where I could really make a difference.
Koen Voskuyl
Biography
Professional background
Koen began his career at Ymere, where he held roles including Commercial Manager for commercial real estate. In 2013, he joined Intercity Real Estate Management as a Property Manager, advancing to Senior Asset Manager and later Director of Asset Management.
In 2019, Koen became a Partner at Square Asset Management, where he contributed to strategic asset management until February 2024. He currently serves as Director of Property Management at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Amsterdam, overseeing portfolio operations and strategy.
Education
Koen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Management
Personal life
Koen is a passionate cyclist and hockey player who likes to stay active. He also enjoys cooking and bringing creativity to the kitchen. As a devoted father, he values balancing his hobbies with quality family time.
