BNPP RE has been appointed as exclusive advisor to assist Aberdeen SI in creating a residential portfolio of new developments in the G5 of The Netherlands based on specific fund requirements.

The Result

In 2020 BNPP RE has acquired on behalf of Aberdeen SI a new development of 56 apartments in Amsterdam. BNPP RE sourced the deal and assisted ASI in the underwriting of the opportunity and negotiations with the developer.
