The Challenge
Due to the merger of several business units, BNP Paribas Real Estate received the instruction to find the new to establish head quarter. Because of the fact a former location (which concludes office and logistics) in ownership would become vacant, BNPPRE needed to propose a full scope new solution.
The Solution
After conducting several analysis's among others a zip code and work commute analysis and determining a clear program of requirements we set a location range.
We managed to find and secure the perfect location with a two year old fit out which met the requirements of tenant and resulted in a major cost-saving. The former premises, (office and logistic) has been successfully sold 2 months after the move of our client.
