Our client therefore needed a partner who could contribute to this strategy with both commercial Asset management and solid property management services during and after the redevelopment of the assets.
The Collection is a high quality office concept which requires extra attention, services and an asset manager that is fully aligned, especially during the phase of refurbishment. We have concluded outplacement services (moving tenants carefully from one building to another) to enable our client to start renovation works. As well we have signed new leases with current tenants on conditions to the satisfaction of our client and which contribute to the high standards of refurbishment. We have been supporting the marketing teams in selling the concept to tenants. Moving tenants within the portfolio requires solid property management services. By means of our PM system Yardi Voyager - with some specific developed tools for BNPP RE NL - we offer an almost fully automatic and very efficient financial administration. This includes a very clear reporting, a 24/7 reachable platform for reacting fats to all sort of technical issues for tenants and a sound overview in terms of forecasted cashflows. This was important for the cashflow management with regard to the redevelopment of the assets.
