Instruction

We are instructed to provide all pan-European valuation services for CORUM. The client is a well known investor with several real estate funds.

The portfolio consists of a range of property types but mainly comprises offices and hotels.

New investment opportunities are valued for acquisition purposes. We deliver accurate real estate valuations supported by detailed market research, to ensure that our client is paying the right price for a property.

Annually, we value the entire portfolio for balance sheet purposes. In addition, we are also instructed for financing purposes.
