The Challenge

One of our International Clients owns an impressive office complex along an important highway connecting various economic regions in The Netherlands. The property, originally developed for single tenant use, required a total restructuring for a repositioning towards multi let use. No team was in place and a dedicated local partner was needed to deploy the required actions.

The Solution

BNPP RE has been appointed to control the property and asset management of the centre. Apart from the daily management and first commercial actions, BNPP RE identified a total redevelopment program for transforming the property into a solid real estate and futureproof investment product. This included the permit process from A to Z.
