The challenge?
A 70, 000 sqm campus, to be redeveloped into a mixed use environment with offices, residential and amenities. The campus comprises long leased offices, vacant offices and a redevelopment plan voor around 500 residential units. Managing the premises, stakeholders and planning pose a challenge.
The solution?
The campus was acquired on behalf of Borghese/COD.The long leased 20,000 sqm KPN Headquarters was immediately sold to Corum, leaving 50,000 sqm to be redeveloped. Redevelopment is phased and sections were sold to Amvest (residential), Aventicum (fully leased office space) and AJ RED (office space). During the holding period the properties were managed by BNPP RE and the individual sales processes were executed by BNPP RE. The final projects are two newly developed residential towers on the campuse premises.
