The Challenge

BNPP RE PM International won a Pan-European pitch regarding the property management for around 30 assets located in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, The Netherlands and Austria on behalf of one of the largest investment managers in the world, Nuveen. Solid, accurate and a high quality of execution regarding the financial / administrative and technical management including CAPEX projects is expected. Further to this the Client explicitly requested strong commercial support towards an ambitious strategy to be implemented within the coming years.

The Solution

By means of our PM system Yardi Voyager - with some specific developed tools for BNPP RE NL - we offer an almost fully automatic and very efficient financial administration. This includes a very clear reporting, a 24/7 reachable platform for reacting fast to all sort of technical issues for tenant and a prefect overview in terms of forecasted cash flows. Moreover strong focus is expected in the field of ESG
