Amsterdam, 2 October 2025 - A private investor has acquired Riverside Offices III, located at Rivium Promenade 134–168 in Capelle aan den IJssel, comprising a total of 7,023.46 sq m.
The complex consists of four prestigious office buildings, two office pavilions, and the reconstructed historic restaurant Het Zalmhuis. Riverside Offices has recently undergone extensive renovation and now fully meets the requirements of the modern office user.
The building consists of 10 floors, including a basement, ground floor, and 1st through 8th floors. Floor areas vary due to the building’s sloping design, making it highly suitable for multi-tenant use. Amenities include a corporate restaurant on the 3rd floor and rooftop terraces on the 7th floor with views over the Nieuwe Maas.
In this transaction, 3Stone Real Estate advised the seller, while BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands acted on behalf of the buyer.
