Amsterdam, 19 January 2026 – BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands advised on the sale of the Cultuurhuis, located at Werkerlaan 1–5 in Zwolle, on behalf of a fund affiliated with New York headquartered Marathon Asset Management L.P., a global asset manager. The buyer is Lenferink Groep Zwolle.
The Cultuurhuis comprises approximately 4,441 m² of floor space. The building is part of an urban environment with various social and cultural functions and is easily accessible.
