Amsterdam, 6 October 2025 – French investor Alderan has acquired a retail asset located on Einsteinstraat in Veenendaal on behalf of its fund Comète SCPI.
The asset comprises approx. 18.500 square meter GLA and 275 parking places divided over a dedicated underground parking and street level parking terrain.
Seller is a private investor. The asset is largely let long term to nationally known furniture and home decoration retailer Eijerkamp; a solid family owned company with over 90 years of trading history. Alderan was commercially advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate and APF International, technically by Ausems and legally by Florent.
