Amsterdam, 15 April 2026 – BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands has advised CK Capital Partners B.V. on the sale of Hanze, an office complex located at Hanzelaan 150 and 180–234 and Koggelaan 3–5 in Zwolle, the Netherlands. The property has been acquired by a consortium comprising AT Capital Pte. Ltd., Maarsen Groep and EMRO Real Estate.
The property comprises approximately 28,181 sq m of office space and offers more than 400 parking spaces. Hanze is strategically located directly opposite Zwolle Central Station and within walking distance of the historic city centre.
The seller, CK Capital Partners B.V., was legally advised by Loyens & Loeff. BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands advised the seller commercially on the transaction, in co-mandate with JLL.
The buyer was commercially advised by Envalue and further supported by Dentons (legal), Stevens Van Dijck (technical) and EY (tax).
