Duiven, 4 September 2026 - Next Level Development is developing nearly 22,000 m² of industrial space for Melis Logistics in Duiven. On September 1, the land was officially delivered by the municipality of Duiven, bringing the development a significant step closer to realization.
The plot, measuring over 30,000 m², is located at the Centerpoort Noord 2 industrial estate, directly on the A12 motorway with excellent accessibility to the region. The business park serves as an expansion of the existing Centerpoort Noord and is characterized by a sustainable and future-proof layout with significant attention to green spaces.
Melis Logistics originated in Arnhem. To enable further growth, the family business relocated to Duiven in the past. From this strategic location, Melis Logistics has further utilized its growth potential and evolved into the logistics organization it is today. The expansion at Centerpoort Noord 2 is therefore a logical next step.
BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands advised in the realization of this successful transaction. The building design was created by architecture firm Palazzo from Duiven, which has previously designed several developments for Next Level, although never so close to home.
Construction is expected to start in the autumn of 2026, with completion scheduled for mid-2027.
