Amsterdam, 17 April 2025 – Opportunity Vastgoed has sold a large-scale retail complex in Zutphen to Sofidynamic SCPI, a fund of Sofidy.

The complex consists of more than 33.000 square meters of large-scale retail space divided over 11 units. In addition, the complex has 370 free parking spaces on its own site.

Among the tenants are many nationally known retail formulas such as Gamma, Kwantum, Jysk, Kwantum, Leen Bakker and Pet’s Place. A substantial part of the tenants has been renting since the complex was delivered in 2003.

Sofidynamic was commercially advised by McDevitt, technically by CBRE and legally by Simmons & Simmons. Opportunity Vastgoed was legally advised by CMS and commercially by BNP Paribas Real Estate Nederland.
