Amsterdam, 27 May 2025 - Together with Burgersdijk Makelaars, BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands has realised a successful lease deal for 1,897 sq m of office space at Nieuweroordweg 1 Zeist. Julius Clinical Research B.V. will lease part of the property from Plan Vastgoed, which means the property is fully let.
Around 730 m² of office space with a flexible layout is still available in the adjacent building at Utrechtseweg 60 Zeist.
