Instruction

We are instructed to provide annual valuations for a portfolio of owner occupied offices of a leading Dutch insurance company. The properties are all offices in use by the insurer.

Most of the locations include a desk function to service customers. For accounting purposes it is required to annually value the real estate portfolio.

The valuations need to be compliant with the regulations of the Dutch Registry of Real Estate Valuers
