The Challenge

Primary instruction by well-known Dutch insurance company VvAA to renegotiate lease and optimize savings in order to agree on a long term lease.

Second came the instruction to renegotiate and improve the demarcation of obligations between landlord and lessee.

The Solution

Based on a detailed program of requirements and wish list, we made an inventory and investigated whether the location suited towards all future demands and required changes. After legal, commercial and technical negotiations we delivered cash flow analyses and boardroom decision documents underwriting the envisioned direct savings with reoccurring long term effect.
