Amsterdam, 8 October 2026 – BNP Paribas Real Estate Netherlands has advised an institutional investor on the sale of De Bary, an exceptional office of six monumental canal houses located at Herengracht 448-458 and Nieuwe Spiegelstraat 2-2a in Amsterdam. The property has been acquired by Highbrook Investors.
