Lease contract ABN AMRO Verzekeringen in 'De IJsseltoren' in Zwolle extended
Amsterdam, 28 October 2025 – The distinctive office building 'De IJsseltoren' in Zwolle will also remain the home base of ABN AMRO Verzekeringen in the coming years. ABN AMRO Verzekeringen has extended its rental contract in the tallest building in Zwolle by 5 years for 3.465 m² of office space. On behalf of the owner, BNP Paribas Real Estate Nederland advised on the lease extension. Cushman & Wakefield acted as advisor to the tenant.
